Step One – an initial design consultation is step-up to learn more about your project and to answer any questions about working together.

We’ll walk through your space, gather information on your design goals, understand project budgets and timelines.

Step Two – Starting the project involves completing an in-depth design questionnaire to gather personal style preferences, information about how you intend to use the spaces we’re designing and set project priorities for what the end product should become.

If working on an existing building, field measurements will be taken to compile a set of existing as-built drawings to reference for the project.

Step Three – Design is iterative. Beginning with conceptual space plans, we’ll explore the relationship of programmatic elements. From there, the design is developed through floor plans, elevations and other drawings reaching a solution that satisfies and excites.

Step 4 – With the approved design in hands, the next phase of the project is to complete permit ready and construction architectural drawings.

Note: Building Permits are typically pulled by Owner or Contractor.

Step 5 –  Once construction commences, site visits through each building milestone assure your design is being built to conformance against contract documents.
